On 10/30/09 bill HB3325 was passed allowing passenger vehicles to have window tint on both front windows.
Here's a summary of the Law:
Owners are allowed up to 35% tint on all windows, except for the front windshield.
If you drive an SUV/Minivan that has factory tinted glass to the rear of the driver, then you are allowed up to 50% tint on the driver and passenger windows
You can opt for darker tint to the rear of the driver in sedans, but then no tint is allowed on the driver and passenger windows
